If within half an hour from the time appointed for the meeting a quorum is not present, the meeting, if convened upon the requisition of Members, shall be dissolved. If within 30 minutes after the time appointed for the meeting of the Shareholders a quorum is not present, the meeting shall stand adjourned until the same time and place on the 14th day afterthe date of adjournment, and shall then proceed even if no quorum is present solong as holders of more than 51% of the Total Issue are present at the adjourned meeting.

譯文

如果股東會原定時間開始后30分鐘內(nèi)，未能達到法定人數(shù)，則該次會議延期到14天后同樣的時間和地點舉行。如果屆時持股比例超過總發(fā)行股份51%的股東到場，即使未達到法定人數(shù)，也應(yīng)召開會議。
